Time: Choose between an early morning session (7:30AM to 10AM) or a late morning session (10:30AM to 1PM)

FREE LUNCH AVAILABLE (*RUHS CAMPUS ONLY*) TO ALL STUDENTS ENROLLED (10 AM to 10:30 AM)

Location: RUHS (One Sea Hawk Way, Redondo Beach, CA 90277). Last day of the course will be hosted by SCROC located at 2300 Crenshaw Blvd., Torrance, CA 90501)

Taught by fully credentialed SoCal ROC teachers.

Course description: Introduction to Emergency Medical First Responder

Topics covered in this course:

• EMFR Challenges
• Compression-only Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation
• Strength Training/Physical Requirements of EMFR

All students will receive a Certificate of Completion of the course and a Hands On CPR (compression only) certificate.
