RBEF SPORTS CAMPS REFUND POLICY

All sports camps are subject to change based on enrollment and/or staffing. In the event that RBEF cancels a camp, all tuition and fees will be refunded 100%.

If you wish to drop or withdraw from a camp after registering, it must be done in writing via email at contact@rbef.org.

  • Requests received before the first day of camp – full refunds of tuition and fees are granted (less a $50 administration fee)
  • No refunds will be granted after the first day of camp.
  • In the case of a verified death in the family or a verified student illness (doctor’s note required) which precludes a student from attending the sports camp, please email us at contact@rbef.org to discuss refund options.

NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON WILL BE GIVEN OR CONSIDERED OUTSIDE OF THIS POLICY.

DISMISSAL AND CODE OF CONDUCT:

Dismissal from the RBEF Sports Camp program occurs when a student has violated the attendance or disciplinary rules and codes of the Redondo Beach Unified School District and the RUHS Athletics Department. All tuition and fees will be forfeited.
