Summer Sessions Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON WILL BE GIVEN OR CONSIDERED OUTSIDE OF THIS POLICY

  • All course offerings are subject to change based on enrollment and/or staffing.
  • In the event that RBEF cancels a course, all tuition and credit card fees will be refunded 100%.
Drops/Withdrawals

If you wish to drop or withdraw from a course after registering, it must be done in writing via email at contact@rbef.org.

  • Requests received before May 31:
    • Full refunds of tuition fees are granted (minus a $50 administration fee)
  • Requests received between June 1 and June 12:
    • Partial (50%) refunds of the tuition fee (minus the $50.00 administration fee) are granted.
  • Requests received after June 12: 
    • No refunds will be granted after June 12
  • If a student is dropped from Session A due to insufficient progress as determined by the teacher, students can request a refund for Session B (ONLY). A full refund of the tuition fee for Session B will be issued (minus a $50 administrative fee)
  • In the case of a verified death in the family or a verified student illness (doctor’s note required) that precludes a student from attending Summer School, please email us at contact@rbef.org to discuss refund options.
Dismissal and Code of Conduct
  • Dismissal from the RBEF Summer Sessions occurs when your student has violated the attendance or disciplinary rules and codes of the Redondo Beach Unified School District. All tuition and fees will be forfeited.
